I’m not sure what part of the process i am doing wrong but certainly something is not working.
i have entered a new patient (a minor) and filled in ALL the info when creating his acct. including a USER ID specific for him since using his mom’s email.
the mom reports receiving email but can’t open with password sent and gets a notification that the email address is not valid …??? Yet she received it.
