    Comprehensive Patient History

    Is this questionnaire editable? Some of the (signs/symptoms/conditions) listed on the form is repetitive.

    Hello..
    No the questionnaire can not be edited. There is an important reason for the duplicate symptoms.
    It is worked into the FMLogics algorithm.
